Before we begin the final preservation process, we'll provide you with a complimentary design consultation and design mock-up, giving you the opportunity to review and make any adjustments to your desired pieces.
4. Designing Process Starts: A botanical artist will personally craft your custom piece with utmost care. We will create a cherished keepsake to enjoy for years to come.
5. Receive Your Pieces: Once your floral keepsake is complete, you’ll have the option to either pick it up or have it shipped safely to your doorstep. With secure, tracked shipping, you’ll receive your preserved floral masterpiece, carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

We use only the highest quality Resin Products which will help prolong the life of your piece and minimize this effect. We feel this natural aging enhances the preservation, giving your flowers a beautiful, sun-kissed appearance. Transparency is key for us, so we want you to be aware of this natural characteristic of resin. Our preserved pieces are for display purposes only and, due to their weight, should be handled with care. For safety, please keep them away from children and pets. While we strive to replicate your approved design as closely as possible in the final piece, some variation is to be expected. Without color correction, natural color shifts and minor marks from handling on the event date will be visible in the resin. We will expertly color correct your flowers and we will do our utmost to achieve the original colors, but a perfect match isn't always possible. Please also understand that we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipping.
Please note that when adding a photo, invitation, logo card, or any other flat paper element to the center of a resin piece, a subtle wave or texture variation may naturally occur around the surrounding flowers and paper as the resin cures. This is a normal characteristic of handmade resin preservation and can be slightly more noticeable when there is writing or printed text within the center of the design. While each piece is carefully crafted to be as smooth and beautiful as possible, these slight variations are part of what makes every preservation piece unique and one of a kind.
