Refunds on Preservation Orders

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, no refunds are available for preservation orders.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.


Returns

  • Due to the custom (made-to-order) nature of our products and services, returns are not accepted. All preservation pieces are final sale.


Rescheduling Flower Delivery

  • You may reschedule your flower delivery at any time—no fees, no penalties.

  • Your original payment remains valid as a credit for up to 12 months from your original delivery date.


Lost or Damaged Bouquets

At Endless Florals, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged flowers during shipping. Because each order requires early preparation, we do not offer full refunds for lost or damaged bouquets.

If Your Bouquet Is Lost during Shipping:

  • Provide proof of loss (such as a tracking number showing non-delivery). Once verified, we offer a 50% refund.

If Your Bouquet Is Damaged or Cannot Be Sent:

You have several options:

  1. Send a replacement bouquet via your florist (overnight or in-person delivery).

  2. Air-dry the bouquet at home using our instructions, then mail it to us later.

  3. Proceed with preservation if damage is minor (browning, bruising, wilting).

    • For severe mold, rot, or excessive damage, we may be unable to proceed.
