How does the process work?

2. Send us your Florals
- Send your flowers to us asap after your event.
- You can ship them using our guide or drop them off at our studio.

3. The Preservation Process
- Our dedicated floral team will carefully and expertly deconstruct and dry your flowers.
- Before we begin the final preservation process, we'll provide you with a complimentary design mock-up, giving you the opportunity to review and make any adjustments.
4. Designing your Keepsake
- Nikki, the Founder and Lead Floral Artist at Endless Florals, will personally craft your custom piece with utmost care.
- Using her expertise, she will preserve your flowers and memories creating a cherished keepsake to enjoy for years to come.
5. Receive your Piece
- Once your floral keepsake is complete, you’ll have the option to either pick it up or have it shipped safely to your doorstep.
- With secure, tracked shipping, you’ll receive your preserved floral masterpiece, carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
How long does the process take?
Typically you will recieve your Final Designed Piece between 6-8 months from drop off/shipping of your flowers.
Custom Orders may take up to 12 months.
Do you offer interest-free payment plans?
Yes we do!
We understand flower preservation prices can add up, so we offer interest-free installment plan options at checkout when using Shop Pay.
How soon do I need to book & do you take last minute orders?
We recommend booking in advance of your special day; however, we do reserve extra spots for last-minute bookings if needed.
Can you preserve flowers from memorials and other events?
Yes, we offer flower preservation for all types of events.

Will I get updates during the process after ordering?
Yes, we will send you a monthly email update during your preservation process.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Go to our Product Page HERE and select product and follow the prompts for checkout.
Do I get to add my input on design ideas?
Yes, we have an optional Design Consultation available if you need more guidance on your design.
We also have several design options for you to choose from when you are selecting your product.
Will I receive a mock-up of my design before it’s created?
Yes, all of our Designs include a free mock-up for you to review & adjust as needed.
*Shadowboxes, Bubble Glass & Glass Domes DO NOT receive mock-ups.
Can I cancel my order?
This depends on where your order is in the preservation process. If we have not yet begun work on your final piece, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
However, if preparation has already started, unfortunately, our products are custom-made and therefore all sales are final.
Products
Will resin yellow over time?
Yes, over time, even the highest quality UV-resistant resin can naturally develop a slight amber tint. We like to think of this as your flowers glowing in a “golden hour” light. If you’d prefer to minimize the appearance of this natural aging, we suggest choosing a colored background. This option helps to conceal most, if not all, of the yellowing that may appear—especially along the sides of the piece.
Will the color of my flowers change?
Resin-preserved flowers may naturally fade over time. For added protection, we always color correct which helps maintain vibrancy and reduce the risk of discoloration.
Do you work with old/air dried flowers?
Yes, we can! If you’ve got a bouquet tucked away in a closet, drying in a vase, or stored in a keepsake box—it’s the perfect time to bring it back to life through preservation.
If your bouquet is days old or years old, we can make you something beautiful.
Shipping Your Flowers
How do I ship my flowers to you?

How do I take care of my flowers before I send them to you?
We suggest cutting your stems and placing flowers in a vase with fresh water. If you have room in your refrigerator, wrap a garbage bag around the flowers including the vase and place it in your refrigerator.
You can also store them in a vase with fresh water in cool dark place like a garage.
How soon do I need to ship my flowers to you?
We suggest getting your flowers to us within 3 days of your event, however we can always make an exception if needed.

Receiving Your Products
Will I get notified when my order is ready for pick-up or delivery?
Yes! We will send out an email letting you know your order is ready, along with detailed maintenance instructions for your piece.
How long does the shipping take to receive my products?
Most products will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
Please allow longer timeframes for orders shipping to the midwest or east coast.
Will my products require a signature when delivered?
Yes. We always insure and track our products when shipping. This ensures that your product arrives safe and sound.
Payments, Refunds, & Returns
Is my full payment due when I order? Are there payment plans available?
Shopify provides you with the option to pay your full amount upfront or to start a payment plan. Just select your preference at checkout.
Will I receive the extra flowers that were not used in my order?
Unfortunately no. We preserve only the flowers we need to make your pieces.
What if my order was damaged during shipment?
Contact us right away if this is the case. We insure all our orders and take special care in packaging them for shipping. We can assure you this is very rare.
